Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an IT Team Leader located in Cairo, Egypt. The IT Team Leader will oversee daily IT operations, ensure effective troubleshooting and technical support, and lead a team towards achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing the deployment and maintenance of IT systems, resolving technical issues, facilitating communication within the IT team, and providing mentorship to team members. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business needs will also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Information Technology, including expertise in IT infrastructure and systems management
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Demonstrated experience in Team Leadership, with the ability to guide, mentor, and manage team members effectively
• Proven capabilities in Team Management, including project planning, communication, and performance assessments
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT
• Experience in the engineering or technical training sectors is a plus
