Role Summary:
As part of our growing e-learning platform, we are hiring a Marketing Operations Executive who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and follow-up of all marketing and content production activities. This role involves coordinating with trainers, studios, designers, and media buyers to keep operations running efficiently. You will own the operational calendar, oversee production logistics, and make sure every campaign and training launch is delivered on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track day-to-day marketing operations to ensure a smooth workflow between internal teams (content, design, media buying, etc.)
• Oversee task management using project management tools, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are updated regularly.
• Coordinate shooting schedules, booking studios, and aligning trainer availability for all training and course-related content.
• Act as the point of contact between trainers, videographers, and the marketing team for content production and quality assurance.
• Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns, aligning all moving parts for timely delivery.
• Maintain and manage the master marketing calendar and campaign timelines.
• Collect campaign requirements, follow up with relevant teams, and track deliverables through to completion.
• Monitor campaign progress and compile weekly reports on campaign status, issues, and KPIs.
• Ensure branding guidelines are followed across all marketing materials, both digital and print.
• Document briefs, approvals, and final assets; manage version control and storage in the shared system.
• Assist with budgeting processes, quotations, and coordination with external suppliers or freelancers.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or campaign execution within an e-learning, media, or digital company.
• Solid understanding of marketing workflows, production timelines, and campaign operations.
• Experience working with trainers, studios, and content production teams.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Preferred
Qualifications:
• Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Experience in educational content production or managing training operations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Marketing Director.
