Job Purpose:
The Team Leader is responsible for managing and motivating a small sales unit to achieve monthly targets through digital channels (chat-based sales) and direct telesales. This role ensures daily follow-up, performance tracking, coaching, and high-quality communication with prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a unit of 3–4 sales representatives (Senior + Juniors).

- Drive daily sales activities via WhatsApp, social media platforms, and direct calls.

- Monitor performance and ensure the team hits weekly/monthly targets.

- Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to team members.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues.

- Coordinate with marketing to align leads, campaigns, and messaging.

- Track CRM entries, reports, and update management with progress.

- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in team leadership.

- Strong experience in chat-based sales (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).

- Experience in telesales and closing over the phone is a must.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Fluent in written and spoken English (required).

- Comfortable working with CRM systems and online tools.
