Job description
- Making changes to ready-made lesson plans to make sure it is complete and engaging.
- Teaching two (occasionally three) online lessons a day (2 hours each) six days a week on site.
- Attending engaging and very useful live training sessions on Zoom and watching others.
- Identifying areas of improvement for weaker students and devising action plans accordingly.
- Following up on students’ progress, extra practice/tasks (homework), and action plans.
- Conducting continuous assessments.
- experimenting with different teaching methods and approaches.
- Doing some tasks such as creating online quizzes and tests.
Job Requirements
- CELTA or Trinity TESOL is required
- + 2 years of teaching experience
- Experience with absolute beginners (A0 going to A1)
- At least 6 months experience with online teaching/Zoom
- Willing to work with students of different cultures
- Accepts manager’s feedback on lessons
- Can adapt lessons
