Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes based on user needs.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and refine UI/UX designs accordingly.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI designs.
- Optimize existing user experiences and improve usability.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices.

Requirements
✅ Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX development.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
✅ Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
✅ Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and create innovative user experiences.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong ability to present and justify design decisions.
✅ Collaboration: Experience working with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
