Complete oversight of the project, ensuring that Odoo ERP project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Lead project delivery across teams inclusive of project planning and project execution across delivery life cycle phases
Act as the point of contact for the project team, business partners and management to provide updates, resolve issues.
Assist in Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
Assist with Developing project scopes and objectives based on the company requirements covering all business entities in the organization and ensuring technical feasibility.
Identify, define, and document key processes and business requirements.
Create Use Cases for ERP business applications and work with Odoo Partner and internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications through technical walkthrough meetings.
Facilitate structured Root Cause Analysis, Requirements and Brainstorming sessions to tackle complex business cases and able to translate that into technical specifications.
Ensure Project resource availability and allocation.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to the responsible lead and the management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Coordinate project schedules and produce project status reports
